Instructionals for Social Good is a series produced by MASTERs (Martial Arts for Social Transformation, Equity, and Rights). This project brings together high-level instructors including Megumi Ishikawa, Hannah Martin, Isa Friedlander, and Dr. Christopher Round to deliver focused, competition-relevant judo instruction. The goal is simple: create material that improves decision making, timing, and technical execution in live situations. This is not volume-based instruction or theory without application. Everything shown is designed to transfer to the mat. At the same time, every purchase directly supports the MASTERs mission. Proceeds fund athlete development, training opportunities, and competition support for athletes pursuing the 2028 Olympic Games. Instruction that works. A mission that matters.
